Great food, Great service and worth the medium pricing.
One thing you need to understand as a customer when you go to ANY Jersey Mike's, make sure you know what you're getting before they put any toppings on it. If they run out of a certain type of bread or item, they may not even tell you and they'll just continue to make your sub like everything's normal, only for you to get home to a surprise that you didn't ask for. Went in got a giant and the lettuce was discolored and didn't look fresh at all. Upon asking for better lettuce employee was kinda sassy and said all the lettuce was the same. Definitely didn't taste good and hate I wasted my money . It was also the first time I took my girls to Jersey Mike's after ranting about how it was better than subway just to come out with a nasty sub and didn't feel good about the experience at all
The Cary location needs to get their act together, you call me to say you are out of white bread so I say 1 on wheat the other on rosemary parmesean, then we get both on rosemary, I call my husband drives up there and they have no bread so he gets to wait for bread. How does a sandwich shop have no bread. Didn't offer a refund or anything for our time. How do you screw that up?
Didn't feel welcome coming through the door. Myself and another customer had questions on the lettuce they were using which was discolored like it was old . Upon asking for better lettuce male staff says " it's all gonna look the same" . I've eaten with Jersey Mike's for years I have never gotten lettuce tht looks like this. Especially when you have customers asking back to back the product should have been changed out.
