It took 35 minutes for a philly cheese steak. At least offer a free drink and chips if the wait is going to be that long. Dear Lord. I love Jersey Mikes, but I'm never going back to this location. Everyone needs to be replaced.
Wow I am very very pleased about this Jersey Mikes. Everyone was such a sweetheart I was here two days ago with my hubby and my grandbabies and I was unsure on what to get my baby girl . but those wonderful staff especially that manager lady made my day even better I would for sure come back to this Jersey Mikes this is the best location I have been to. Today 05-02-2026, my first time going to this place because my husband wanted to try it out. We got there at 8:30pm… There’s completely no one in there, no one welcome us, one of the guy had AirPods on, so we basically had to repeat ourselves 3 times each time. Because of the time, THERE WAS NO TIME TO RUSH. The Chinese guy who started making my husband’s chicken, only put the chicken to cook for 3-5 seconds.
