Jersey Mikes will always be at the top in quality subs for me no matter which one I go to. But I'm docking a star at this one because it actually took them 5 mins to build my sandwich from when I ordered it. They need to train their team on speed here because it was painful watching them build my sandwich like it was a Van Goh painting. Sandwiches are messy, dig into that sucker and don't be afraid of the placement of every pickle and tomato.
Pricey but ok
Sub was great service not so much. I ordered online and arrived when my order said it would be ready. People who just came in to order got their food before me. The guy at the register tried really hard to keep customers calm. The employee making the sandwiches behind the registers seemed as though he could care less they were at a peak of lunch. I wouldn't go back to this location.
the employees working tonight genuinely showed me human kindness still exists. i was having probably one of the worst nights of my life and these employees showed me kindness beyond just doing their jobs. not only that but genuinely wanted to make sure i was okay, i don’t know either of their names but i thank the two gentlemen who treated me with so much kindness tonight. if you both read this thank you. thank you for showing that kindness and empathy still have a place in today’s world and reminding me that somewhere in th... read more
If I ordered my sandwich ahead of two other people and you know it takes twice as long to make a hot sandwich why wasn’t my sandwich prepared before the other two people especially if I ordered first.
