Our online pickup order was, Ticket #01-001975-99-094781. I placed the order at 12:10 and it was supposed to be ready by 12:25. However, we all know that places can get busy and times are delayed. While being understanding, I didn't receive our order until 12:41. Every time we order a gluten-free sandwich, it seems to take twice as long to complete our order. Jersey Mike's probably served 20 customers before completing my order. And my chips were wrong, .
Wow. Decided to order a "mini" size club sub thinking it's a 6 inch, and regular would be footlong. Nope. This guy pulls out a tiny bun smaller than a hamburger bun and slices it in half. I asked "that's the $7.75 cent size?!" Yeah, no thanks.
Ivan and Kyle are always giving great service ! I come to this place like twice a week and everytime I see them they’re always nice and their service is top notch. They deserve a raise !!!
My husband and I always come here, the food is always great but the service can be a hit or miss. The young man with a full beard is a very nice and sweet guy and so is the young blonde kid. I will get names next time but this place has good quality ingredients they’re always fresh in my opinion
Great sandwiches, however the last two times Ive ordered for delivery they have left off the hot sandwich. Contact the store and am told to contact uber. End up having to split one of the meals with the "left out" family member.
