There was no wait. Everyone behind the counter firing on all cylinders. At the counter itself you can find Brandon, a flair bartender in disguise as a sandwich artist capable of quantifying exactly what I meant when I asked for a "light" amount of juuce. It is the happiest I've ever been in a Jersey Mike's.
