Stopped in for a late night dinner and was not happy with the service received. Firstly coming in, one worker looked at me & immediately said “Are you here for a pickup order?”, right as I walked in, almost like they wanted to SHOO customers away in a sense, since they were about to close. Stop in for a sub today. Starting off I was greeted however, that is when the customer service went out the window! I'm not sure if the employee's were in training but they were moving so slow and the food area was disgusting. Finally after my wait, I get to the cashier, who seem to be in a bad mood.. no greetings, dosent ask what I have, once I pay for my food she didn't even hand me my sub, no napkins just bad customer service ..I expect this type of attitude from young people but not a older person ..not to mention how th... read more
Disgusting and unclean.
Waited in line awhile. No one really greeted anyone and they left bacon off our one sandwich.
