If you order online, don't expect your customizations to be on your sandwich. This has happened in multiple occasions.
Sometimes this location makes the subs perfectly. Other days (like today) they decide to do their own spin on it, even though the online order tells them exactly what to put on the sub. Personally, these subs only taste good with hot pepper relish. Of course, it wasn’t included in my sub. They also forgot pickles. Barely any banana peppers. And they doused the entire sub in onions, mayonnaise, and olive oil. I did not ask for extra onions and mayo. And I definitely did NOT want any oil. The service was great! Every staff member was patient, accommodating, and extremely nice.
Came on a very busy day and the workers were so lovely, got everyone’s order out efficiently and were very attentive to my food allergy.
