UPDATE: The owner got back to me and credited me the points so I could get free subs to make up for it at a location close to home. I really appreciate the customer service!!! I ordered online last Friday and yesterday. Friday the sandwich wasn’t even close to correct so I put more detailed notes yesterday and it still was far from correct. The worst experience I have had. Apparently you have to order in person and watch them make it because the employees don’t read well.

Super nice staff - very helpful when picking out a sandwich and the food is tasty! I like that their subs come in various sizes - the mini size makes a nice snack.
