First, their card reader wasn't working so after driving the distance, I had to go outside and order on my phone. OK, it wasn't busy so no problem. This was my second time visiting and I was ready for this sub. Problem, I asked the server to wipe the knife off before cutting my sandwich because I dont eat mayo. Lawd, he put his hand in this water under the counter, pulled up a rag dripping wet with stains already on it, didn't even attempt to ring it out, wiped it across the knife dripping wet and then cut my sandwich. The sandwiches was made great the only issue was that the oil and vinegar on the side didn’t make it into bag
Customer service sucks , end not getting anything! Please do better!
