Gabby & Christina are the best at this spot!! Great sandwiches, great vibes, and both of these ladies brightened my day!! Definitely 5 star genuine customer service!!
Out of all the Jersey Mike's I've been to, Gabby made the best sandwich i ever had and her co-worker Christina was funny and made the experience a great one
I have been standing in line for 40 min and have moved 2 ft. Not a single order has been taken in that time. One of the workers is prepping lettuce AT 5:45 DINNER RUSH. The girl prepping sandwiches can’t hear anyone when they tell her what they want on it and then places each individual onion slice on the sandwich just so. I'm giving it two stars because even though I didn't get what I paid for, it was still good. I ordered a number 43, Chipotle Steak and cheese. I received a steak and cheese plain with nothing else on it. Literally just steak cheese and bread.
I go to Jersey Mike's almost every week and enjoy them very much however a while back I left a review about the help putting the order slips on top of the sandwich. It was good for a while but today May 19 at lunch time the young man behind the counter was putting the order slips inside the sandwiches totally unsanitary and not trained. I want to continue going but I will stop going if he does this again. I couldn't believe it uuugh
