The food holds up fine, it's pretty standard across the board with most of these chains. My main reason for the lower rating is the service provided. It was around 7:45 when I walked in, the woman behind the counter made it seem like my visit was an inconvenience and I was unwelcome. She was uninviting and I stopped with the one sandwich as ordering a second one felt it would send her over the edge. Honestly the worst Jersey Mikes around. If someone places a mobile order- for the love of god make it when it’s placed if it says “Pick up ASAP”. I don’t place mobile orders so they can START making it when i walk in. They always forget at least one thing on the sandwich- I also am gluten free and have received regular bread MULTIPLE times. The girl who always wears a bun and has glasses has a hell of an attitude- like girl we didn’t chose a job for you. Good grief
