They have really improved and are very nice and helpful
3/11/26 730pm: Paid for a giant 43 with extra meat, got a giant 43 no extra meat. Pointed this out at the register, they said they would remake the sandwich, two minutes later was handed the same exact sandwich. Almost $25 to get gaslighted.
This was my first time visiting Jersey Mike’s, and it wasn’t a great experience. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and was told they don’t toast cold subs. I ordered a turkey provolone which is under the classics section, it doesn’t indicate these are cold sandwiches. Since I wasn’t familiar with the menu, I don’t eat a lot of subs, I chose what looked good, but I specifically wanted a warm sandwich. I love Jersey Mike's Subs, especially when it's the closest to Bath, Maine. Please be careful, theres an icy entrance there.
