I got a sandwich yesterday for lunch.I was greeted nicely and everyone was friendly Although the girl who was cutting the meat for my sandwich was nice I realized she was steady dropping the meat in counter while making my sandwich It's ok to be nice to customers but I think it's more important to concentrate on when preparing people's food.
