Very clean, great service, always consistent with quality food
I placed an order on the app and when I arrived, it was not ready. I was less than 10 minutes away so I was not surprised. I was surprised that when i inquired about my order, Reece told my my order was for 12:44 and made me wait 10 minutes for order even though the staff was standing around and not making sandwiches. Was given 2 wrong subs on 2 separate occasions at this location. Reached out to management because I paid extra for one of the subs, just to recieved a cheaper sub. Management told me they would send me free sub cards in the mail to make up for the difference and pay and inconvenience but never received ANYTHING. absolutely terrible management and conflict resolution.
Love this sub shop!
As others have said, don’t order ahead. The one individual making the online orders does not enjoy his job and it’s extremely slow.
