When I came to get my pick up order I stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me. My order was on the shelf and I could see it but I was trying to be courteous and wait for a crew member to hand it to me like the sign asks. 3 other people walked in and were helped before me even though I had been standing there the entire time. Love their food. Service is great but it gets busy.
Sandwich's are always good, however the people working there are either lazy or just unable to comprehend basic English skills then have the nerve to ask for a tip, here's your tip, learn some customer service then you get a tip.
