Was there today and my order was not made. Waited in line to pay for my wife and my sandwich and my philly was not even on the grill. Completely dropped the ball. Followed by a fake apology. 6 people behind the counter. Will not spend any of my money here again.
We have been going to this Jersey Mike's (on Harden Blvd, in Lakeland, since it opened. The roast beef is to die for! But the best thing about this one are the workers the young ladies that work there! We are greeted enthusiastically, they are very friendly, are extremely cooperative about putting the things that we ask for on the side and they make GREAT sandwiches! Always under staffed . Food takes way to long. 49 min for 3 subs.. we stop coming as much only 1x per month vs 4x per month. Food is a 4 to 5 star. Staff is great. Wait time .. I can cook faster and eat at home. Never mind spending money. But my time is something I will never get back. Owner should sell to someone that can run it correctly. Stopped in again. Been. A long time. They still can't get the food correct. The lady wrote it down and cooked it her self. Crazy. It was fast but no one else was in thr store.
