Great sub as always.
Really annoyed. I just went here for the first time, for a friend. The short, curly haired kid slicing the meat, started the order. He could clearly see that I was ordering off a sheet of paper. I asked for a type of roll they didn't have and he laughed at me. Clearly ordering wrong, I corrected what I wanted and another kid (taller, shaggy dirty blonde hair) took over and finished my order. Never received order despite several attempts. App just did not take order. Disappointing.
