Went in last night and just ordered a turkey and provolone sandwich regular size, and the guy who has braces and glasses, and the taller Hispanic gentleman with glasses are both very rude. I came in about 8 and all I wanted was a sandwich bc I was having an awful night and they were both like making fun of me cause I looked kind of like a mess but either way I was very polite to both of them and they just kept laughing and looking at each other like as if I was funny or looking weird. I’ve always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s, but unfortunately, the Rio Rancho location has consistently fallen short. The past few visits have been frustrating, with online orders taking double the expected time — already a 20-minute wait turning into another 20 minutes standing around in the store. The staff seemed overwhelmed, running around without clear direction or communication, both with each other and with customers. My husband kept telling me how good Jersey Mike's was. We picked up two sandwiches last night and they were both inedible. They were soaked with oil to the extent it pooled off the paper wrapping and ran into my lap. Disgusting. We'll never go back to this location and it's going to take a lot of convincing to get me to try this chain again.
Great team at this location. The manager and his team are great.
