Workers were very unprofessional and it took 20 minutes for a simple chipotle chicken to get ready. Workers seems disinterested in their job creating a holdup
Staff needs to learn to hear and read. Plenty of Jersey Mike's in the area, but this one always has the stock on baffoonery. Our mobile orders through DoorDash are always wrong. Today, I said pickles and banana peppers. This translated to a handleful of onions. Asked to include cold toppings on a hot sandwich before it was closed, told "sure sure!", that was skipped. Then I get heat from the guy making the sub like I'm the asshole. Cool, won't be back.
We have always enjoyed the giant Italian sub however today something was definitely off with it. It only had 3 of the 5 all meats, the seasoning off, the oil and vinegar ratio was wrong, and there was way too much mayonnaise. Hopefully, this was a one off. We will try again, but two strikes and your out.
Literally, the worst Jersey Mike's in the entire area. Not even close. Messy. 1 person making sandwiches. 4 others milling around. Customer service was comically bad.
