This location is severely mismanaged. Orders are being quoted completely inaccurate pickup times, resulting in 30–40 minute waits after the scheduled pickup. The system in place clearly cannot handle the volume of orders being accepted. The employees are visibly overwhelmed and frustrated, which reflects poor staffing, poor planning, and lack of management support. Came in to get a sandwich with my son. Food was good however the service was horrible. Jersey mikes need to do a better job of training their staff on how to be polite to their guests. I didn't appreciate the way my son was spoken to when my son simply asked for no tomatoes. I understand it was in the next station however there's a way you speak to guest to let them know and this was not it. He delivered with a tone that was not appreciated by me.
