Apollo provided excellent service and made my experience at Jersey Mike’s great. He was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and Apollo’s positive attitude really stood out. I’ll definitely be back!
I like the sandwiches and the fact that the meat and cheese cut fresh at Jersey, Mike's -- However, more often than not the service is poor. Even if there is no one in front of me, I typically have to wait for them to make several sandwiches for call in orders before they start my order. It's kind of insulting to make a customer stand there while they are filling someone else's order who isn't in the shop. When I am out and about I like to just stop in for a sandwich. So... Food quality was good. Tasty and fresh. Plus they made all the modifications. However, they could use some quality control or slow down. Both our club sandwiches were overloaded with mustard! That killed the flavor. Made it difficult to eat without making a mess and there weren't enough napkins. If they took a moment when assembling, it might not have happened. We couldn't use the wrappers because they are covered in mustard. Y'all can do better and have in the past
