First off, Jersey Mikes is my favorite sub shop. I’ve always loved it. This location tho is just really bad. Very very slow, not clean inside, and occasionally gives the wrong sub. Bummer cuz I love JM.
Best JM in town. Really nice and clean and all of the staff are super friendly. I go slightly out of my way to go to this location.
Last time I’m going to Jersey Mike’s! You guys keep forgetting to put mayonnaise on a BLT sandwich, after I told him that I like light mayonnaise. On top of that, when the employee realize this, he took all of the toppings off the bun and was holding it and the palm of his hand, and then put mayonnaise on one side of the bun and put everything back on it from his hand. Listen it’s not the end of the world. But I asked the guy to not cut my sandwich. He made a joke about it and cut it like 5 seconds later. If you’re gonna joke around on the job at least be competent enough to stay focused. It just seems that every single time I go into and/or order from a jersey mikes there’s an issue. It doesn’t matter how small, I can never have a normal, no bs issues visit to a jersey mikes.
