I always get a great sandwich from Jersey Mike's.
Helped two women next to me then went into the back and ignored me no service rendered
Placed an order so I thought , order didn’t go through, went out to get phone for confirmation, noticed it didn’t go through. Placed the order , sat in my car Lexi fixed the sub very quick and brought it out to my car! So sweet, knowing it was busy lunch time ! Thank you Lexi for going above and beyond! You made my day thank you again ! Everyone is always so friendly here! The subs never disappoint!
Ordered a sub, specifically said... NO MAYONNAISE. Sub comes out, has mayonnaise on it.. I politely tell them it has mayonnaise and the guy at the register say ok. 2 minutes later he comes out to me with the same sub with mayonnaise and says.. " sir, 3 people and myself has looked over your sub and there is no mayonnaise on it.. I then tell him, I can taste it, it's gooped on the sub, clear as day.. he then puts his finger in the sub and says sir that's cheese. Gives me my sub back and walks away. Martinsburg Jersey Mike’s team rocks! I placed a catering ordering but arrived an hour early and they were great to finish early which allowed me to get to where I was going ahead of time. They were pleasant and professional! Made my life so much easier on a dreaded Monday! Thanks guys!!!
