We normally love this place, but today it took 45 min for one medium cheese steak. One poor older gentleman who was a head of us, he wated 50 + minutes only to have them make the wrong hot sandwich, and had to wait even longer. They could have given him a gift card or offered to comp him. Lucky we are retired and not having to rush back to work because if not I would have been more vocal about the poor gentleman and our long long wait.
