Used 2 coupons to get some subs. Both were on stale bread with brown lettuce. Jersey Mikes just does not care anymore
Drive thru order today took over 30 minutes to get our food. We got home and the order was wrong.
We ordered our food in the drive-thru line at 12:34 p.m. per our receipt with only 1 car in front of us already at the window. The individual taking our order initially read our order wrong (removed 2 out of the 4 sandwiches when he read the order back to us). We reordered and ensured it was properly inputted. ****Update I just wanted to share that the owner or regional Director of this particular location went above and beyond to make a wrong right ******* I just wanted to say that in all my visits to Jersey Mike’s I’ve never had a bad sub until today. First of all the gentleman was slicing the ham and it was gray and I said can I get something different? That meat doesn’t look very good. So he obliged and started cutting the new ham.
