My overall experience at this location was pretty poor. I went this last Wednesday, four young men behind the counter just hanging out. I place my simple order #13, Mikes way with pickles. I get home no pickles, not a very big deal, take a bite out of the sandwich and the bread was completely stale. I couldn’t even eat half the sandwich and threw it away. I’m sorry but $12 for a sandwich, the bread can’t be stale like that, I got the wheat bread for reference.
I consistently never have a good experience here. Normally it’s typically teenager attitude from the staff. Now, today they may as well of given me someone else’s order than my own because what they gave me wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Highly disappointed
Their customer service is amazing! One time my coworker at end had a road rage incident where somebody attacked her and I told the young ladies there to be careful. They gave me a coupon for a free giant sub for her. One time my paycheck didn't arrive and I had no money for lunch. Since I was a regular patron they gave me a free sandwich and another coupon for a free sandwich and asked me how my friend was doing and if she was recovering okay. That's how you keep customers!
