We’ve always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s and have had great experiences in the past, but unfortunately, this visit was completely different. We arrived approximately 30 minutes before closing and greeted the employees with a friendly “Good afternoon.” One of the employees, a woman wearing glasses, immediately rolled her eyes at us and seemed visibly irritated that we had come in. Always solid and a great sub!
Two times within about a month, I ordered - and - paid for bacon on a Turkey and Provalone sandwich. Both times the bacon was omitted.
Place focuses on in house orders and doesnt know how to balance Delivery with in house. 3rd time today ive walked in and watched them serve all the people in line before starting on the delivery order and this is after driving 10 minutes to location. Walked in. Told them the name after they helped the people in line. Was told they sre still working on it and then watched 2 people walk in and get served before I got my order..? Super kind and quick! We showed up early for our mobile order and they made them early. We were waiting in the car and Zeke ran them out to us. So kind and friendly. This is what we are so desperately missing in fast food these days. Thank you for being so refreshing.
