The Midlothian store is well staffed. Pleasant employees.
Don’t order pick up from here. I ordered two subs and both were DRENCHED in oil. Bread was soggy. Couldn’t even finish my sandwich because every bite oil was dripping down everywhere. Never thought Jersey Mike’s would taste bad. Like how do you mess up a sandwich that bad …. Wish I could get a refund.
Do not recommend this particular location. I placed an order thru the app then drove from alvarado. After the time my order was supposed to be ready I was informed that they were out of bowls. I am gluten intolerant and ordered a sub in a tub. Person who called solution was they could use bread or a wrap. I informed him I couldn't have the gluten. Other solution was I could come in and pay more for the gluten free bread. Keep in mind this is after my order was supposed to be ready to pick up. I asked for a refund and I'd go ... read more
