I get there at 5:20 to pick up my order that was supposedly done at 5:15. I get the bag and it only has half my order. 5 employees look confused as to why I would expect what I paid for. They then start making the missing part. Nothing is correct with this order and as she is putting the lid on the bowl she drops the whole bowl in the lettuce container. At this point I ask for a refund for the bowl. That wasnt easy for the employees to figure out. This was my first and last time at your store.
My husband ordered a Hot Italian sub no relish but add oil and vinegar howerver thats not what he received he was given a sub with steak And pepperoni no cheese and no oil and vinegar and it was cold. I ordered a #43 in a bowl add grilled banna peppers and extra peppers and onions with bacon and tomatoes there were no tomatoes on it and no extra onion and peppers and a bunch of lettuce. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location. Oh BTW there was no manager there on duty.
Good food, nice service but they don't know how to read special instructions. If you give them instructions, chances are high they will forget one, 2 or maybe everything so do your self a favor and either make the sandwich at home or quadruple check before you leave. Seems like they need to have their hands held to make an order correctly
