Jersey Mike's has THE Worst Italian sub! Everything including the bread was drowning in vinegar! Absolutely disgusting! I will never go back! You literally can't taste the meat for the vinegar. I tell everyone that will listen DO NOT GET that sandwich! That's the very first time I've eaten at Jersey Mike's never again!
Nathan and his staff are amazing - we had a large group order for hungry coaches and kids and they did not disappoint - I wanted to give a shout out because at a time when we all criticize, it is important to praise too and I was impressed with their service, smile, and kindness as we navigated feeding a tennis team during a tournament and they managed their busy lunch crowd too. Thank you so much to all of you!!!!!!!
Music too loud. Male employee mumbles and I had to have him repeat everything. I haven't been to THIS Jersey Mikes in years because the employees kept making my sandwich wrong every time I came. This time wasn't any different years later. New employee, same cocky know it all attitude as years ago. He had me tell him what I wanted on my sandwich way before the female employee finished slicing the meats saying he would remember.
