I love Jersey Mike's. This place in particular is my favorite in Colorado Springs. It's always clean and the staff is extremely polite
I require GF due to Celiacs, and often deal with staff at other locations who are visibly irritated with the GF need. But, the staff at the 8th street location were very accommodating to it and didn't hesitate to accommodate. Zack, Dagan, and Lorelei are absolutely amazing and did not show inconvenience by it at all! And were also wonderful at greeting everyone who walked in the door while we were dining.
I am so very impressed with this store. I told them I have celiac disease and they immediately changed gloves and wiped EVERYTHING down before making my sub and with a smile. It was also delicious and I definitely will be back again and again!
