Why is this chain still open. Subpar food.
Please don’t order curbside pickup I had the most worst experience! I order #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak Regular with just cheese and I ask can they “please add mayo”. Instead I get all the way home to see my sandwich drowned with MAYO. I instantly went back I ask can I speak to the manager. The manager has the most nasty attitude and should not be working in customer service. He ask me did I want him to remake my sandwich at this point I didnt feel comfortable with him remaking anything I informed him that I wanted my money ... read more
Just don’t. I made an online app order with a pick up time for 5:17. The stores website says they are open til 6pm. I made the order, walked into Jersey Mikes and they were closed. Lights off and 2 people cleaning up. Being absolutely lost on how the app allowed me to order from a store that was closed, even though the app states that they are open, I asked the girls how can I cancel my order since they are closed. I was told that I can’t and I have to come back tomorrow to pick up my sandwich! I cannot pick up this sandwich... read more
