Do not order for pickup here during peak lunch. They have tons of employees yet somehow my order always takes a ridiculous amount of time to complete. Their process is clearly flawed. Not coming back.
We come to this Jersey Mike’s multiple times a month. Today, I ordered my usual, a chicken big kahuna on a wrap. They told me the grill was backed up, and I’d have to wait 10 minutes. I told them that’s fine, and took a seat. I watched them make 9 more hot sandwiches for customers not in the store. When they finally made mine, I watched them put it on bread, I asked if that was mine, they confirmed it was, and I said it was supposed to be on a wrap.
