We come to this Jersey Mike’s multiple times a month. Today, I ordered my usual, a chicken big kahuna on a wrap. They told me the grill was backed up, and I’d have to wait 10 minutes. I told them that’s fine, and took a seat. I watched them make 9 more hot sandwiches for customers not in the store. When they finally made mine, I watched them put it on bread, I asked if that was mine, they confirmed it was, and I said it was supposed to be on a wrap. Love the sandwich and was greeted by Mike with a smile
Came in and ordered a chicken bacon ranch on rosemary Parmesan bread with mushrooms for take out. Took it home and I guess it changed to a chicken bacon mustard because it was covered in mustard, on regular bread, and with no mushrooms. Staff was too busy making the Uber eats orders and left me waiting for 5-10 minutes to take my order and then got it basically completely wrong. Won’t be eating here again,
