I placed an online order for pickup. I said no tomatoes and added banana peppers and pickles. I get my sandwich and they put tomatoes on it and they only put two banana peppers on it. Also added onions and there were no onions. Super disappointed
As expected for a JM. Manager Kenny rocks. Food was great. My #1 fast food spot.
I've been to this location several times, and each time, something has been missing from my order—forcing me to drive all the way back to the store for a correction. Most recently, I ordered three of the same canned sodas and only received one. When I called to report the issue, the person who answered the phone was completely unapologetic and said, “Yeah... if you come back... you can, like, get the ones we missed.” I shouldn’t have to keep returning just to get what I paid for.
