James and Nez were fast and great
Jersey Mike's is way above other chain sandwich shops!!! Was reminded of this after my visit. Not only was the sub delicious as always, the people running the place actually care. James, on my recent visit, asked how my day was, we chatted for a bit, light convo. This attitude sits in stark contrast to other chain restaurants. Keep up the great work.
This is hands down the best jersey mikes location we’ve ever been too. We almost always get to see James here who we love, and today Nick and Ava were also helping us and they were also amazing. Everyone is friendly, efficient, and makes a great sandwich. The owner is lucky to have a great team like them! Never a bad experience.
Came in here to grab a quick dinner to go for the fam. They were busy but James and the crew still greeted me. They immediately started asking my order and started putting it together. Great customer service from James, Metz’s, and Alex!
