I normally wouldn’t post A review of A chain place like this, but this time I feel like it’s the least I can do. Our experience was incredible, unexpectedly so considering it’s A sub shop franchise. The Staff was incredible, specifically Hunter. I asked him to make the Philly how he would make it, and he proceeded to whip up A Philly so breathtakingly delicious that I had to run home before returning to work. 10/10, would recommend. How in gods name does it take 25 minutes to make 3 uncooked subs. I can’t even believe it. Cooking stations not optimally setup. Employees back and forth between back of house and front. Little to no speed. Would not go here.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time visiting Jersey Mike’s, and I was so impressed! We ordered four sandwiches, and after we sat down to eat, there had to be at least 15 people who came in behind us. Despite the sudden rush, the staff was incredibly efficient, courteous, quick, and thorough. Everyone worked together seamlessly, and best of all, they did it all with smiles on their faces. I have ordered from this Jersey Mike's for several years however lately the quality has gone downhill, i can see I received double cheese but the amount of ham & scant turkey for $27.25 I embarrassed to say,via delivery, this is my last order from Jersey Mike's
I've always loved Jersey Mike's. This was my first bad experience. This was my first time at this location and it will be my last. I ordered my sub Mike's way as I always do. I'm pretty sure there was an entire bottle of oil and vinegar poured on my sub. The bread was so soggy that it was unedible. I threw it in the trash and then went somewhere else to get lunch. Wasted $15
