The worst Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been too. We were not offered the type of bread because they only had one type and it was stale. They are very stingy with the meats, they put about half what other stores put.
Sandwiches were not to order. They are very dry, too. Also, we had to remind server that we had ordered chips.
One of the better Mike's I been to, visit 3 times per month. Never had an order messed up BUT I walk in, order at the counter, watch them make it. Staff varies from very friendly to businesslike. Inside is plain, nothing special. Seating area and food prep area behind the counter are usually quite clean.
I had a disappointing experience at Jersey Mike's recently. The female employee who took my order had a terrible attitude, as if we were inconveniencing her by being there. She was unhelpful and rude, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. I didn’t catch her name, but I saw her leave in a gray Honda. It’s unfortunate because I used to enjoy their food, but I won’t be returning after this encounter. Customer service matters!
