Been loving what we felt was best JM store around. Made the best Big Kahuna anywhere. Last couple deliveries kinda dry, shocked biting into grissel total turn off, once oh well, twice no longer excited to try again. Two Giant Kahunas delivered spendy but a real treat when getting a good one. Been doing BK's for years, many stores never any grissel. I ordered a sandwich this afternoon. The staff was so nice, fun and respectful! They were laughing and having fun with the other customers. There was a little bit of a delay so the employees asked me if I was in a hurry. I wasn’t but I thought, how thoughtful, it is very rare for an employee to check in to see how you are doing if there is a delay. I would say they have very good customer service! The sandwich was excellent as well!
The team did great today with a really complicated order. I really appreciated their intention to detail and efforts!
Called my order in and went to pick it up and forgot my wallet. He said to take my sandwiches so I went back later and paid. Top notch!!! Love you guys.
Ordered Big Kahuna delivered 6/10 11:30 am, 1st time Bothell store, best Big Kahuna ever & we have ordered 100's! Whoever made my sandwich created a very happy, new regular customer! Ordering again soon! Please don't change the cook! Thank You! Sue & Jim
