London and Charice are too super important employees like freaking rockstars give them a raise.They well deserve it. I mean this jersey Mike's from top to bottom is impeccable!!!! I will return!! Lots!!!
This was a terrific spot, the negative reviews in my opinion are completely unreasonable. Great staff and quality.
Feb.2025 update - At this point I'm unsure if the fault lies with the owner and managers or the sub par staff - rudeness, unpreparedness, and no accountability seem to be a big part of the culture here. I ordered two subs online (and tipped), and was told to get there at 6:57pm. I show up at 6:57pm and they ask my name, I see the bag with my name on it empty. They start appearing to make my sandwich, I sit down for 7 minutes only for them to tell me they can't make my sandwiches. I ask why - THEY ARE OUT OF BREAD. You can't ... read more
