I just now realized that the private equity company Blackstone bought out Jersey Mike's for 8 BILLION. I had noticed that prices had gotten crazy, but never put 2 and 2 together. Well, now I know, and I'm done. Sorry JM. Blackstone, you ruin everything with your crazy levels of greed.
Been loving what we felt was best JM store around. Made the best Big Kahuna anywhere. Last couple deliveries kinda dry, shocked biting into grissel total turn off, once oh well, twice no longer excited to try again. Two Giant Kahunas delivered spendy but a real treat when getting a good one. Been doing BK's for years, many stores never any grissel. I ordered a sandwich this afternoon. The staff was so nice, fun and respectful! They were laughing and having fun with the other customers. There was a little bit of a delay so the employees asked me if I was in a hurry. I wasn’t but I thought, how thoughtful, it is very rare for an employee to check in to see how you are doing if there is a delay. I would say they have very good customer service! The sandwich was excellent as well!
The team did great today with a really complicated order. I really appreciated their intention to detail and efforts!
