Always have had good experiences with the food but the service has gone downhill (as you can see in recent reviews). I was in a hurry and made an order for pickup. When I arrived they couldn’t find my order. They then told me that they cancelled my order. I When I asked why they cancelled my order they just shrugged and said they didn’t know. It was the worst experience. The food is always good at Jersey Mikes. I had to go to work this morning. I ordered a cold sandwich for pick up at 9:45am. I went in to pick up a little after 10am when they open. A young man greeted me and asked if I was there to pick up and I said yes. He said I'll get working on your sandwich . He went in the back and then proceeded to put stuff on the griddle . He wasn't making my sandwich. I then asked if I could pay first hopefully to speed it up as I had to get to work. Great sandwich. Customer service could be improved. Just being nice and smiling goes a long way for a customer buying a bunch of sandwiches.
I just purchased a hot sub from this Location and first of all customer service is bad! I wasn't even acknowledged until another person walked in and my sub was cold! When I asked for my order the girl was rude! I believe she’s Chinese. Please do better.
