Just want to shout out the amazing staff they have at this location. Matt, Ian, and the rest of the Vista Way Jersey Mike's team make some of the best sandwiches around! With fresh ingredients and quality customer service, they are always happy to customize my order the way I like and don't skimp on the toppings! This is my second experience with the same issue. I've visited this location maybe 5 times in the past year. I'll ask if they could write my order down opposed to trying to remembering to remember it or continuously ask for the next item on you sandwich. I briefed them ahead of time stating I have a few substitutions. The female working with Matthew tonight did not write my order down even after I requested stating that it was find she could remember it. I had to remind her to add items to my order. Love their sandwiches.
Always have had good experiences with the food but the service has gone downhill (as you can see in recent reviews). I was in a hurry and made an order for pickup. When I arrived they couldn’t find my order. They then told me that they cancelled my order. I When I asked why they cancelled my order they just shrugged and said they didn’t know.
