Usually don’t have an issue with the way I order my sandwich. There a gentleman who makes it right and understands what i’m asking. But the two females that made sandwiches this day messed it up and had an attitude while I was trying to get it fixed.
I found plastic in my sandwich, which is very dangerous. I could have choked on it. The manager only offered me 10% back, which is crazy. I told the general manager about the situation she told me corporate wasn’t gonna do anything. All they gonna do is call her so she can handle the situation this Jersey Mike’s is horrible no Care in the world if a customer says there’s plastic and a sandwich that’s dangerous.
