Everyone hides is the bathroom or the back and nobody wants to work. Idk what happened to this place but the employees are the worst. This place used to be top tier.
We wanted take out and were asked if we wanted drinks and of course we wanted some; however, we can't drive without lids on our drinks. So they didn't tell us before paying for our drinks. I pointed it out when I saw the no lids sign that is a nonsensical city ordinance. Anyways, girl working there didn't even say sorry.
Gonna echo what other reviews have also said. I have been going to this location for years, so much so that I was on a first name basis with the old owners. Unfortunately, this location (+ Scott’s Valley & Pacific Grove) was bought out by new franchisees and ever since then the quality, service, and atmosphere have gone down astronomically. The lettuce is oftentimes brown, dry, and wilted.
