It's a national chain, but they make a good sub that's the perfect size for lunch and reasonably priced. They have a good selection, and the service was quick and friendly. It's a great option when you're looking for a quick, satisfying meal.
I used to really enjoy coming here, but unfortunately the quality and service have declined significantly. Every time I visit, the staff seems severely understaffed, which makes the experience worse for both customers and employees. I spoke with one of the workers, and they mentioned that staffing decisions are based on a “bread per labor hour” metric.
