I'm a frequent customer of Jersey Mike's. I used to go there almost weekly. I had surgery so I have had to use the delivery service. What a disappointment! I am very specific requesting extra, extra oil & vinegar & wanting it on the top & bottom of the roll. Unfortunately, I definitely don't get my request. So, I have been very hesitant to order delivery again. I hate a dry sub. I feel I need to be present in order to get it the way I want it. Unfortunately, that's not always possible.
Number 56 big kanuna cheese steak... it's to die for
Worst experience ever. Waited over half hour for cheesesteak. Four people behind me received their food before me. When I asked what as taking so long they told me my sandwich was being cut right now; however I ordered a "regular" size which is not cut. At this point my sandwich wasn't even on the grill yet. If I hadn't already paid I would of left as did the guy ahead of me that couldn't wait that long. I also asked for "no jalapenos" and yep there was jalapenos. took 3 hours for sandwich. had to remake it then took guest over me when i was waiting.
