Customer service needs improvement. Only one person had a smile and was pleasant - I think she is new. The music was too loud. The sandwich maker didn't hear the order and got the order wrong.

Totally disorganized. Internet orders are taken last. You will get your order first (quicker) if you walk in! Unprofessional. Tried Jersey Mike's again. Since the sale of the sub shop to Blackstone, the Punta Gorda branch has cut in half (50%) the amount of ingredients on their subs. Not sure if this has been ordered by Blackstone or if the local branch is trying to maximize profits. What used to be good about Jersey Mike's has been lost.
