The staff is always so friendly and make you feel welcomed. From the managers to the clerks to the sandwich makers. Shouts out to a great crew that knows how to work well with each other even in stressful situations Alex, Naiya, Abby, Ta'shawn, and Ta'Najae.
Best subs ever.
I have frequent this Jersey Mikes often, because I live in a subdivision not to far from the stores location. Each time that I have been in this store, the stores appearance is always unsanitary and something always goes wrong with the order. However tonight was far worse than any other time that I've visited the store and I do NOT plan on returning. There was a caucasian guy who was working tonight THAT WAS SUPER RUDE!!!! Always prepared to give a nice tip on our mobile order if it is ready by the quoted time. I walked in, one customer in line only two take-out bags prepped on the counter, one of them was mine. 4 other takeouts were made and sent on their way before mine was ready. I walked in at the quoted time, waited 15 before mine was ready. Not sure if it is the app, management, or the staff but very poor service.
