Shared details of how they messed up my order, they agreed that they messed up my order- did NOTHING to reconcile. Offered nothing but a generic apology. Double check your order before leaving because they do not care to make things right! Will not be back and will advise others of the poor service. *In the case this is an establishment that hides neg reviews will also post on Facebook food review groups and yelp.*
I visited JM for a sub this evening and I give them 5 stars on all levels. The sandwich was SO fresh and delicious. You can tell when the person who prepared your meal actually cared about the food prep. The overall service was outstanding and lastly the store was fresh and clean. Keep up the good work jersey mike.
I would highly recommend this jersey Mike's sub is good to me it better than subway food was good the slices your meat and cheese in front of you
