Very disrespectful experience as a delivery driver. I came to pick up an order, confirmed the details, and the employee insisted I show that I had marked it as picked up. Then he started making comments about how “a lot of orders go missing,” basically implying that drivers steal food. If your store has theft issues, handle it professionally. Don’t treat every driver like a criminal. Drivers help keep your business moving, and this kind of attitude is unacceptable.

I ordered a pickup sandwich without bacon for my gf . When i get the order i asked the guy how can i know its without bacon. Its not show on the order note? . He took the sandwich for me open it aggressively on the counter and showed me no bacon. Then he tried to put all the sandwich together again and wrap it and push it to me and said: have a good day sir. He was so rude and aggressive i tought he is on the spectrum or something.
