Picked up a mobile order today after a very weird exchange with one of the employees. I ordered on the app but my food wasn’t ready when I arrived. I was waiting by the pick up counter with my toddler when an employee asked for my name. I gave it & then she asked me “How do you want your sub made?” Perplexed b/c I ordered more than one sub & it’s on the receipt I answered, “Um which one? I had a catering order and I accidentally made a mistake on my end, the assistant manager Andrew was amazing to work with!!! He was so willing to help me fix the mistake I made, his team was quick, efficient, and willing to help me it was absolutely refreshing!!! Would highly recommend! Thank you!!!
We got # 13, The Original Italian on Rosemary bread, prepared Mike's way, it was DELICIOUS! YUM!
