This location is possibly my favorite out of all the Jersey mikes I have visited, for two reasons: the staff, and managements commitment to hiring such lovely and caring disadvantaged individuals. The employee who stands out the most to me is Nick Patz, he is such a loving and caring person who radiates with happiness. The fact that society tends to view people with such conditions as unfit for work, and as burdens sickens me. The sandwiches here are delicious, but that is not the main reason I will be coming back. What will keep me returning is the good ol fashioned customer service...which blew me away. The moment I walked through the door, Nick (who I believe might be the manager) greeted me straight away. Jake, who was working his magic on the grill, also welcomed me with a big smile.
