Terrible… they didn’t clean the grill. Black grill sludge cooked into my chicken cheese steak. So sick now. Didn’t realize that’s what they did until I had already eaten a few bites. They did refund me after I drive 15 minutes back. Since it was a takeout order, the grill cook probably figured they wouldn’t get called out for serving poison. Never been to a jersey mikes before today. Super friendly staff. Moved a small line quicky.
My son and I had the best experience here this evening. We did not realize it was close to closing. The woman who greeted us was sweet as can be and made our delicious sandwiches. I saw her lock the door and she assured us to take our time bc they still had a lot of cleaning to do. The place is absolutely immaculate, the cheesesteak was delicious, and the service was top notch! I unfortunately didn’t get the women’s name but she is an absolute asset to the business.
Hoagies are absolutely delicious.
I had a terrible experience at this Jersey Mike’s. The man with reddish hair was incredibly rude and dismissive. I drove all the way from Philly looking forward to eating here, but instead, I was met with an attitude. He never apologized for the wait and flat-out told me I had to wait until he finished a big order, with no regard for customer service or common courtesy. It was disappointing and frustrating. I won’t be coming back to this location.
