Placed an order in the store. 2 mini #11 that they forgot to put lettuce on. I got 2 regular sandwiches too. Also got a #11 bowl that they did not take the time to cut up the meat. It was a bowl not a sandwich. Really disappointed when I spent over $45 I could have gone to Publix and got better service and a lot cheaper...
These 2 wonderful young men Krish and Chandler were so respectful and hardworking! They kept the store clean, kept good care of us, and looked like they knew what they were doing. Out of the many Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to, I’ve never seen such a clean, taken care of store, nor have I experienced such caring customer service. Definitely gonna be my go to Jersey Mike’s from now on. If you come here, ask for Krish or Chandler to make your sandwich.
Saving money by taking off half the ingredients and charging more?!? You suck and I’ll never go back
