I was running late from my appointment and made it to this Jersey Mike's about 5 minutes before closing. I normally don't ride into a restaurant right before closing because sometimes employees can be rude. This was the complete opposite experience. The employee greeted me with a smile, took my order, was friendly, had great conversation with me, and made a an excellent sandwich. He did not make me feel like an inconvenience and appeared happy and jovial. Such friendly staff at this location. Thank you!!
Super friendly staff, generous portions, subs constructed with pride.
We had a DoorDash mishap and I was super sad. I called into the store and they were so quick to tell me to come on in and they fixed the whole situation and even remade my order. Very nice people working and incredible customer service!
