Love JM's but I need to find a different location. This one is horrible. The order is ALWAYS wrong and usually late. I ordered 30 mins out, arrived 40 minutes later and it still wasn't ready. Then, they got 2 of 4 sandwiches wrong. I'm willing to pay extra for JM's because we like it. But paying $80 for a family of 4 to eat sandwiches only to have it late and wrong is ridiculous. Ordered take out... still had to wait 15 minutes from my pick-up time to receive my order
The 3 ladies working tonight at 540pm were doing an amazing job despite being short staffed. They communicated professionally and kindly that they had a bit of a wait time due to a sudden online order surge. They still took the time to prepare the food how I asked and it was delicious. Thank you so much ladies. Today was a rough day for me, the food made it alot better.
We always come to this location and have always had great sandwiches and service. This last Saturday was not like normal. The young lady with long blonde hair seemed annoyed that we wanted 3 giant subs after she asked what we wanted. The two young guys were so helpful with toppings n drinks. I paid and we sat down to eat. She asked one of the other coworkers to get something and he said you can say please. She got mad and told him to shut up very loudly in front of all the customers while she was making a sandwich. My young ... read more
