Love Jersey Mikes but this location regularly messes up orders. We’ve ordered 3 times in the recent past and twice the order was incorrect with some sandwiches either having items we didn’t ask for or not having additions we did ask for. Maybe it’s better ordering in person, ordering through the app is inconsistent at best. They just don’t care
UPDATE: Was told in a comment on my review to email them and talk more about it. I did this and they never got back to me. Very disappointed with my services. I actually ate here twice this week. Both pick up orders. The first one I got 2 sandwiches and they switched the toppings so each had the others toppings. It wasn’t a huge deal, but still frustrating. Placed a pickup order for a couple of subs. Showed up at my pickup time gave the guy who was standing by the pickup stuff my name he checked and said food wasn't ready yet. I sat there for another almost 15 minutes waiting finally I walked back up and asked them to check again and my food had been sitting behind the counter. When they realized how long I had been waiting no one offered me to remake my food or anything. My tuna sub was soggy and my cheesesteak was ice cold.
Unfortunately someone was sick working around 5:30 on to 6ish and transfer their cold/flu to my sandwich and now I have a bad sore throat.
I ordered yesterday and have caught some sort of sickness from a employee or dirty equipment. I have ordered a #26 and #7 for my friend. It seems like I was the only one who gotten sick so I assume who ever was operating the hit grill is sick or it's dirty. Ordered around 4-6.
