My daughter bought me a chicken Philly cheesesteak. First time trying Jersey Mike's. Worst sandwich I've ever had. All the cheese was melted to the paper, none on the bread. The filling wasn't on the bun properly. Length wise, half of the bun had nothing on it. When I started to eat the sandwich, it was so dry.
Rude service, I said I wanted a certain bread and they must have not heard me which is completely fine but when I clarified they rudely said well it’s already made and I didn’t feel like arguing so I ate the sandwich and it was unenjoyable
Ordered two sandwiches on rosemary parm bread they put them on white bread and then proceeded to gaslight me like I didn’t order it on rosemary parm bread and we’re just overall rude
Usually very good and consistent. Today it seems the club had about half the meat as usual and the guy forgot my pickles and jalapeños. Didn’t know until I got home. Disappointed…
