I love the food. Most of their staff are great. There is one staff member - Cesar Goncalves who externally rude to me over the phone. In the same day he gave me the wrong order and the store was closed at that point. When I called the next day and he was working, he not only refused to refund my order, he denied any wrong doing. Since that point in time, the store will not answer my phone calls should I call to place an order.
