Was great when it opened but has gone downhill fast.expect to wait a half hour for a sandwich with on two employees working and putting a massive online order together while you stand there and watch. What a horrible situation it has been for me and I’m going to spread the word to avoid this place
Update: They forgot to put bacon on the turkey sandwich. There's no recourse when you take it to go and find out miles away, at home. So sorry to deduct a star. Pretty much what you expect from a corporate place. I'll be back. You know the quality you're going to get.
I have been somewhat of a pain in the side of this establishment due to asking for specific things, and not having great results the last few times. Let me tell you who absolutely made me change my entire opinion and I order here twice a week now…FERNANDO. Hes “just a regular worker” he says, however, when I call ahead of time he assures me my sandwich is made just as I asked. I’m really grateful to him. Thanks for putting up w/me Fernando!! You deserve a raise!! 🙏
Missed three details on the order, removed 3 stars. The location south of here has never made a mistake and we order JMs at least monthly on average.
