Their chicken salad sub is delicious. The staff was friendly and fast. The only thing bad that I can say was that I wish their prices were cheaper. Overall, great experience!
Sent the order for pickup via the app for a lunch appointment to be picked up at 12:15. Got there at 12:30 and they had not even been made. No rush on their part to make it right. They made everyone else's sandwiches who were in line before making mine, which really was infuriating, especially since I ordered the sandwiches at 9am that morning.
Disappointing Experience Due to Dishonest Servie I've always enjoyed the fool at Jersey Mike's -fresh ingredients and great flavor. Unfortunately, my recent experience was overshadowed by disappointing customer service that I can't ignore. During my 7/7/25 visit, I paid in cash. When the cashier handed me my change, she folded the bills in a way that seemed oddly deliberate. When I later unfolded the bills, I realized I had been shorted.
