I came in around noon during my lunch HOUR. Ordered my meal, a group of three arrived after me. Your employee said she would prepare their 3 sandwiches while making mine, I guess she determined that I had plenty of time to wait while she did that.
Horrible soggy inedible sandwich. No fix or refund.
I was near this location on 4-21-26, never have been to the town or this Jersey Mike's before. From the moment I walked in, I could feel good vibes from the staff behind the counter. They were all in clean uniforms, neat hair, smiles and acted as if they liked each other. Nicholas took my order and he was very careful to repeat it to be sure it was correct.
