It was my first time patronizing this establishment. I have no regrets, well maybe one, I couldn’t finish the sandwich, it was loaded with warm meant and fresh veggies. The service was great, the young man just knew I had never been there before. So he took the time to explain it to me. My only gripe is the way the signage is set up. The menu is hanging over the register, which is where entered. It should be hung over where you enter the line. It’s way outta place.
Asian kid and Dominican girl working march 3rd night were visibly upset to see a customer’s walk in the door, when given the order they said Burger King is open 24 hours, no wonder the store was empty. Take the employees advice and don’t come here go to the Burger King
Hi good afternoon, I purchace 3 sandwiches from the freeport store. The store very clean. The girls very polite. But while they are making the sandwiches. They are chewing gum. I did say anything to them, there were other customers in the store. Food service workers should not be chewing anything when working.
I get to pick up an online order and it’s not ready which is fine, I understand they are busy with other orders even though I was the only person in the store. I ask 15 minutes later if it’s going to be ready soon and they said they haven’t started it yet…ya won’t be coming back
Slow and rude workers. I have ordered online for pickup several times, and it’s never ready when I arrive no matter how much time I wait before picking up. And then when I go into the store, they always take their sweet time. If it’s not busy, they’ll be in the back and don’t come out until you call out for them. And if it’s even slightly busy, just know you’re gonna be there for a while, longer than you should have to tbh. This is probably one of the worst locations I’ve been to.
