This site has absolutrly no idea what they are doing. They dont answer the drive up, which barely works anyway. We waited almost 10min behind one car and one counter order. They repeated the order to us 3x, and still 1) forgot a sandwich 2) gave us the wrong sandwich and 3) made the third sandwich completely wrong. Get a damn clue!
I will say this, I read other reviews about service being slow and the owners response about working on improving service. Well improvement doesn’t seem to be a priority. I walked into this restaurant around 7 pm and there were no other customers in the building. I was greeted and asked what I would like. I made my order and was told someone in the back would make my order shortly but while I was waiting he would ring up my order for payment. Amazing service! The employees at Jersey Mikes in Rantoul, IL were super friendly and adjusted to our changing schedule for needing 20 sandwiches made for our baseball team (rain delay). So many last minute changes and Jersey Mikes made it all work out great! Thank you so much!
I didn't even like subs until Jersey Mike's came to town. If you like a Philly, theirs is great. I recommend the club supreme, get it Mike's Way! Whoever was responsible for bringing this business to town, just thank you.
