Orders are not made in succession. They do not consider online orders a priority over walk ins, even though online customers have already paid. They will make every walk in sandwich before they even start making third party orders, even if the walk ins come well after the online order has been placed and paid for. Absolutely horrible customer service. I heard the manager on duty talk negatively about a customer under her breath. Employees that handed out orders didn’t say a word to me. Mobile orders were sitting ignored. Only reason I am not giving all 1 star is because I am a delivery driver and did not actually try the food. Be better.
Take heed of the other reviews. The service at this location was absolutely abysmal. We were rushed during the sub building process, even though no one else was in line. I specifically requested no lettuce, then watched the employee pile lettuce onto my sandwich. Instead of remaking it, he picked the lettuce off by hand one piece at a time. The main reason I go to a sub place would be the bread, otherwise I could just make it at home for less. Frequently I'll order the rosemary Parmesan bread (app order) and see that I got white bread when I get home. It wasn't busy, so it wasn't like they were in a rush, I came in a few minutes early and it was already bagged up and waiting.
There's an African american lady that works there that is rude and abrasive. So much so that staff egg shells around her all day.
