Bad customer service the man was rude didn't even order.
I ordered through the app. My sandwich was done at the time it was expected to be and the order was perfect. It was a solid experience.
The person who made my food did not greet me or even let me know that they were ready to take my order. Just stared at me until I spoke. Didn’t offer me a drink or chips and give me the cold shoulder unless asking about toppings And Rarely made eye contact. This is one of my favorite restaurants, but I was disappointed with today’s service
Went in and order the number 7 the Mike’s way. When I asked about the Mayo. She said you do the talking down there. I go to the next station to ask for something and the guy said you should have ask in the beginning. I said can I speak to the manager. The manager was actually the person who told me not to talk to her. She said “ If you don’t like it you can leave.” How did we go from wanting Mayo to, I can leave??
