so my mom is a very hard working nurse and when she went in to get her free sandwich for it being nurse appreciation day they would no honor their national advertisement to give her a free sandwich.

We went in to order 3 subs to go at 845p. The two gentlemen working were extremely rude. One was talking so fast in a rush you couldn’t understand him. The other was wiping down a machine and literally throwing the equipment making a bashing noise. My husband asked if everything was OK, which is when we found out they were closing in 15 minutes. It was the most unbelievable and uncomfortable experience we’ve ever had. We were out of there at 8:55p. No smiles, no friendly demeanors no apologies. Wow
The woman that is always there has THE WORST customer service. Always in such a bad mood no matter the time of day! Will be going to the Bellevue one from here on out. :)
Visited on April 14, 2026. The #2 combo was prominently advertised in-store for $10.99, but when we ordered it, the female manager told the cashier right in front of us: “No, you don’t give them the discount unless they ask — we are here to make money, not save them money.” When I said that wasn’t appropriate to say in front of customers, she defensively replied, “You don’t agree we are here to make money?” The manager was also rude to both customers and her own staff — avoiding eye contact and visibly annoyed by any non-sta... read more
