Been coming here for years the little girl at the counter, barely looked up or smiled and sliced the cheese so thin you could see through it, and the ham was barely thicker than that. The sandwich was maybe a quarter of an inch thick if that not the jersey Mike’s I used to know that was the where to go place when you wanted a good sandwich I doubt we will be going back anytime soon.
Came in today, Monday morning, 1030 order the roast beef from provolone only to find out you’re out of roast beef, which seems to happen a lot. Also wanted pepper but most told you no longer carry pepper kind of strange. A lot of ups and downs here Jersey Mike’s is my favorite sandwich shop but if this keeps up, I don’t mind going somewhere else.
The experience I had at Jersey Mikes Subs on South Church Street on June 1,2025 was terrible. My cousin and I were completely ignored by a gentleman with a nose ring and a woman worker. The individuals carried on a conversation for five minutes before acknowledging us. Once we decided to walk away, the gentleman hurried to greet us. Therefore, we proceeded to place our orders.
